We believe that a well managed job site is a crucial component to a successful job. Scheduling sub-trades, labor and material deliveries are carefully orchestrated to keep your job on schedule and on budget.
Weekly meetings are scheduled with the owner, Architect/Designer and Contractor to track progress, discuss solutions and evaluate job costs. I refer to this as CLIENT-CONTRACTOR interface and feel strongly that good, clear communication is a key to job success.

A remodel poses many challenges, and we are expert problem solvers. There is little in the way of building, design, or other types of challenges that we haven't faced and solved. I believe that there aren't problems, but only opportunities.
